My thoughts are with all the family. Mrs. Stone as I grew up calling her. She was an amazing person as my “other” mother. She was a genuine person to a lot of us as children and made us feel comfortable in her home. She treated you as family with her kindness and welcomed you with open arms. I will remember all the fun times I had with all and going to the lake. She truly will be missed by many. Love and hugs❤️

I only met Noreen a few times throughout our trips to Canada & also on her visit to Oz but felt I knew her well due to all the chats we had about your Mum. You & Mike cared for her so deeply in everyway, even having her live with you both for long stretches of time.Paula you cared and looked after your Mum so lovingly, she was a lucky lady and I know she is going to be missed by all your family.

Noreen was one of my volunteers with the shopping program at Safeway. I relied on her a lot. We became good friends through out the years that we did this.
All of our condolences to the whole family.

Thankyou for letting me know that your Mom has died. I could write a book on my memories of Noreen. She was in my life from my move to Prince George at the age of thirteen. I had a room at their house later in Prince George and she was one of my bridesmaids when I got married. Following to kamloops we kept in touch. Through the ups and downs of life, we kept in touch…she was special to me. When we talk of the patchwork of our lives she was a strong one. I am sending out love to all her children. Hugs from Auntie Julie
