She had a long-time affiliation with the Ladies’ Auxiliary to The Canadian Scottish Regiment (Princess Mary’s) and St. John Ambulance.

She was a beautiful person, inside and out, and lived her life with strength of character, respectful dignity and a wonderful sense of humor.  She enjoyed being a hands-on Mom and liked to entertain.  She was a wonderful cook, right to the end.  Dogs were a passion, and she relished them all.  She loved and was loved in return, especially with her family!

Dear Murray, Corinne and family…..your Mum was very considerate and caring and I am sad that she is no longer with us. I visited with her many times as she was a neighbour of my Mum’s at Lakeside on Lochside. She always made time for friends and neighbours, happily greeting us all and sharing stories and impressions of the world. She was a terrific neighbour to my Mum and I will always remember her friendly chats on the property. I know you shared many wonderful times and events with Norma, and I pray you will be sustained by very happy memories forever. RIP Norma.
