Norm’s passions during his life were first and foremost his family, followed by bowling, creating two Buick car clubs (Island Pacific Chapter of GS Club of America and Island Pacific Buick GS Club) and lately golfing (especially with his sons) and gardening . Norm was quite familiar with some of the history of Victoria through working for Trio Ready Mix Ltd. and related industry for over forty years. Cruising around, he would often point and say “I poured that”.

A Celebration of Norm’s Life will be held at MCCALL BROS. FLORAL CHAPEL, Johnson & Vancouver Streets on Tuesday, December 2, 2008 at 2:30. Reception to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations would be appreciated to the Heart and Stroke Foundation and the Canadian Diabetes Association.
