Norm passed away peacefully at Glenwarren Lodge in Victoria on May 12, 2010. He was born in Vancouver, BC on October 1, 1928. Norm will be greatly missed by his brothers and sisters, Mervin (Lena), Lillian, Clifford (Pat), and Loretta; his nieces and nephews, Lisa, Lauren (Norm), Michael, Carey (Emilie) and Kevin (Mary Ann); his precious grandnieces and grandnephew, Liandra, Kaylee and Kaden; his caregiver Yvonne, his many cousins and long time friends. Norm’s life revolved around photography. He worked for many years at the CFB Esquimalt Base Photo Department. Family and friends will always cherish the memorable photos he had taken over the years.
A private family service was held.

Norm was a one of a kind guy. He always portrait himself to others as a most willing, fun loving, nieve but mischevious person.
On behalf of all those who served under Norm at the RCN Photo Section at both Naden and the Dockyard, he will sorely be missed. At the same time we are all glad to have known Norm.
