Olive Scott born November 17, 1940 passed into the presence of the Lord January 24, 2023 at 9:00 pm after a 6-month battle with cancer. She passed quickly and unexpectedly surrounded by her three girls and loving husband of 59 years. She was positive, cheerful and maintained her sense of humour right to the end. Her faith never wavered and she is now in the presence of her Lord and Saviour.
She is survived by her husband Dennis, 4 children, Paul (Sara), Debbie (Russ), Cheryl (Adrian), Ruth (Mark), 9 grandchildren, Mackenzie Scott, Aarron (Keely) and Scott (Nicole) Davis, Faith, Abbey (Austen) and Owen Russell. Emma, Sophia, and Rachel Grasley and great-grandson, A-Jay Davis.

A celebration of life will be held at 1:00 pm, on Saturday, February 25, 2023 at Central Baptist Church, 833 Pandora Ave. Victoria, BC. Condolences may be offered to the family below.

Olive was born with laughter in her beautiful heart. Her enthusiasm for life and her love for her Lord, family and friends will always be a part of the legacy she has left for those who knew and loved her. I am blessed to have known her as a friend. To Dennis and family .. may your hearts be comforted during the days ahead.
My Condolences to Dennis and family on the passing of wonderful Olive. She was such a beautiful saint that gave her whole life to God’s service. I will always remember her joyful laughter, her wise teaching and advice and her loving heart. She is with the Lord of love in his presence now but I know you will miss her so much. Olive was such a wonderful lady and godly person. It was a blessing to know her and Dennis. Our prayers go out to Dennis and all the children and grandchildren as they grieve the loss of such a dear person. So sad we cannot attend the Celebration as we are in Arizona. Love & hugs to all the family.
