It is with great sadness we announce the death of Patricia Ann Mingo who passed away September 7, 2013 at Oak Bay Lodge Nursing Home. Born in Montreal May 31, 1929, she lived in Toronto and Calgary before making Victoria her home. Pat is survived by her husband Peter and children Pamela, Barbara (David), Stephen (Cathy) and loving grand-children Thalia, Gabrielle, Hailey, Kaitlyn and Max.
