Born November 7, 1935 – died peacefully October 14, 2011. Born and raised in Canton, China, Mr. Wu spent his career in industrial manufacturing working his way to Vice-President of International Investment Co. of Jiangmen. On retirement, he moved to Canada in 1993. Dad was a gentle and generous man who was loved by all and will be missed. He leaves behind his wife, Zhao, Ying Nong; children, Bill (Yi), Connie (Colin), Jing (Wei Qian), Waymand (Ling), Michael (Melisa); grandchildren, Nathan, Shan, Eric, Kevin, Samantha, Xiao Rong, Chelsea, Jonathan and Zhi Hua. Special thanks to the staff of Beckley Farm Lodge for their love and care.
A Celebration of Life will be held in MCCALL BROS. FLORAL CHAPEL, Johnson & Vancouver Streets, on Thursday, October 20, 2011 at 2:00 pm. Dinner will follow at the Golden City Restaurant, 721 Fisgard Street in Victoria at 5:00 pm.
