    This has come a big shock to me as not so long ago Rob seemed to be healthy and enjoying his retirement.

    I worked with Rob in my eartly years at the BC Forest Service. We had our differences and difficult times but I found him to be principled and loyal. He was dedicated to his profession and appeared to enjoy his family. He often spoke favourably of them.

    To me Rob had a silent side where his intetest in others was expressed. I understood that he was a first aid patroller, a marine rescue person and a charitable individual.

    My condolences to Shiela and family.

    To the Agnew family;
    I was very saddened today to learn of Rob’s passing. I knew Rob through work here at the Forest Service, and although we didn’t work closely together, I remember him as a dedicated member of the civil service and the profession of forestry. My thoughts are with you all in this difficult time.
