Robert Roy Wicks was born on July 26, 1950 to Frederick and Olive Wicks in Vancouver BC and peacefully transitioned to be with his Lord on May 21st, 2025.

Rob was raised in Victoria BC, where he met his best friend and wife of 53 years. Rob attended the Vancouver School of Theology, was a dedicated church elder, volunteer, proud and loving father, grandfather and brother. Rob will be remembered for his kindness, dedication to the church, sense of humour, and for helping those in need.

Robert was predeceased by his parents Frederick (1982) and Olive (2006). He is survived by his wife Betsy, four children Alex (Kelly), Bob, Aaron (Amanda), Kimberly (Jeremy), six Grandchildren Grace, William, James, Caileigh, Bria, and Cameron, and his brother Gary.

A memorial service will be held at Trinity Presbyterian Church in Victoria BC on Saturday June 28th at 11:00am with Reverend Harold McNabb officiating.

Rob, Dad, Grandad we will miss you very much. We love you.
