Ruth passed away on September 5, 2009 in Victoria. She was predeceased by her father, Albert Wilson; survived by her mother, Tillie Angus, her sisters, Sandra Smith and Roberta Kory and her brother, Richard Wilson.
A Memorial Visitation will be held in McCall Bros. Floral Chapel at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, September 14, 2009. A Funeral Service will be held in MCCALL BROS. FLORAL CHAPEL, Johnson & Vancouver Streets, at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, September 15, 2009. Burial to follow at Royal Oak Burial Park.

Our condolences go out to all you, sorry we could not make it over to Victoria to be with you, our hearts and prayers are with you. I am also going to miss Ruth’s calls, and I will always remember when we used to play softball together with the Redwings team. Dad & Albert used to coach us, we always had great bonfire picnics to celebrate our victories. (We were too young for brewskies, but we sure enjoyed the hotdogs and pop!!!)
