Passed away in Victoria on March 26, 2012. He was born in Cairo, Egypt on May 11, 1928. Survived by his loving wife, Adele, of 56 years; son, George (Diana); daughter, Mona Fanous (Bill); grandchildren, Lara, Elyse, Richard, Victoria and Denise; great-grandchild Fares and extended family and friends. Said was a devoted and loving husband, father and grandfather. He will be dearly missed by all who loved and knew him. A special thanks to Dr. Hartrick and all the staff at Saanich Peninsula Hospital Extended Care for all their kind care and support.
A Funeral Service will be held at SEQUOIA GARDENS MEMORIAL, 4665 Falaise Drive in Victoria at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, March 29, 2012 with interment to follow at ROYAL OAK BURIAL PARK. Condolences may be offered to the family below.
