    Mom(Ba) na Aatma ne Sadgati Prapt Thay..Nov 1930 – March 2018

With a very heavy heart we said goodbye to our beloved mother Saraswatiben Rambhai Patel on March 28th 5:12 PM PST Victoria, BC.

    Ba,
“Hundreds of stars in the pretty sky,
Hundreds of shells on the shore together,
Hundreds of birds that go singing by,
Hundreds of birds in the sunny weather.
Hundreds of dewdrops to greet the dawn,
Hundreds of bees in the purple clover,
Hundreds of butterflies on the lawn,
But only one mother the wide world over.

Mother, you were just a girl,
    So many years ago.
You had your love and had your dreams,
You watched us come and go.
You watched us make the same mistakes,
    That you had made before,
But that just made you hold us tight,
And love us all the more.

    We haven’t always thought about
The things that you have seen.
To us you’ve just been ‘Mother’,
No thought of who you’ve been.
But we remember now in love,
Your life from start to end,
And we’re just glad we knew you,
    As Mother.”
    Love you,
Rashmikant (Motabhai), Ushaben (Bena), Deepak (Me), Prakash (Paku), along with our children and spouse’s.
