December 19, 1980 – June 27, 2013
With profound sadness Sean was tragically taken from us in a workplace accident, leaving behind the loves of his life, Sasha and his four-month-old son, Shea; family, Dan, Mona, Drew, nephew Jordan, Britt, grandfather Gordon Huntingford and his diggy “dawgs” Tonka and Mackie; and a legacy of friendships from the many chapters of his life. Sean grew up in Victoria playing lacrosse and hockey. At 19 he left Victoria to start his career in the oil patch. His career took him all over the prairies and as far away as Australia. When he met Sasha he immediately knew she was the “one.” They started their life together in Peace River, Alberta where he was the happiest he had ever been and had everything he ever wanted.
A Celebration of Sean’s Life will be held on Saturday, July 6 at 2:00 p.m. at the Delta Victoria Ocean Pointe Resort. Casual attire, as Sean would want, is preferred. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Sean’s name to the SPCA. Condolences may be offered to the family below.

Britt, Drew and the whole Devlin family,
I am heartbroken at the loss of your beautiful son and brother. Sean was a rock for me at the most emotionally crippling time of my life. He shouldered his own grief for Steve as well as carrying me through mine. When I think of Deebo I think of his gentle and loving nature, his cheeky smile and his laugh. I absolutely adored him. No words can truly convey my sadness for you all at this time. He will be deeply loved and missed always.

I am very sorry to hear of the loss Sean. It had been many years since i’ve seen him but it feels just like yesterday we were kids playing on the road with our bikes.
My deepest condolences.
