    Dear Paddy,
I don’t know if you still check this page. I was just thinking of you both and wondering how you are. It’s been so many years since we’ve connected with the busyness of school, kids and life. I’m so sorry to hear of your loss. Shirley was always the delight brightness in every day, always ready to laugh, help or get plans in the works. She was such a delightful soul. Wishing you ease as I imagine she’s left an undeniable hole in your life. <3

    To Paddfy and Family,

Please accept my condolences on Shirley’s passing. I remember her from my years at Colquitz where she was always ready and willing to help staff and students in any way she could.

Paddy, Dino and family….Please know that we are thinking of you at this sad time. Our deepest sympathy!. Shirley was such a well respected lady in the Colquitz School family, where we worked with her for many years. Her contribution to the teaching staff and community was commendable. We will miss her cheerful smile, her crazy sunglasses and hats, her sense of humor and dedication to those who meant so much to her. I’m sure she has the tea waiting for St. Peter and all “The Angels”, on a silver tray with special cups that she “just happened to pick up”. Bless you Shirley, you were a Special Lady!!!

Paddy, Dino and all of Shirley’s family, I am so sorry to hear of your loss. Shirley will be greatly missed by many others of us also. My friendship with Shirley went back to Colquitz days where she was a powerful force for good. She was always positive, considerate and inclusive of everyone and her great sense of humour meant there was never a day without laughter!
Shirley was indeed someone who did good in this world.

Words cannot express my sorrow in the loosing a dear lady, mother, wife, grandmother, sister and friend. She was truly unique, her flair for style, her special ways of showing her love to her family, her smile, and her big heart. She enjoyed all family gatherings, her son, her grandchildren and a room full of people. She had a special way about her and enjoyed many family dinners chatting with her over one thing or another. We will miss you so much Shirley, you truly were a special lady and one I am so happy I had the years I did to know you.
