    Dear Pat,

I first met your Mum when she was staying in Québec City and then, at your home on Cadbury Rd, with my parents and a friend. It was in 1992, a long time ago…

From time to time, we used to exchange letters and each time I received one of hers, it was a very great pleasure and I was honored to count such a dear lady as she was among my friends. She was so funny, so caring and so dear to my heart. I will miss her and I’m sure you will to.

I send my condeleances, to you and your son Kevin.

    Best regards from Quebec City,

    Nicole D. Giguère

My thoughts and prayers are with you, Sue and Kevin. I enjoyed immensely the few times that your mom answered the ‘phone – especially the first time when we had a hilarious conversation until she confided that she was Sue as well as yourself.
A sense of humour like that is a real and abiding gift!

My heartfelt condolences to you and Kevin , my dear friend Pat (Sue) . What a lovely picture of your Mum and such a fitting description of her as the quintessential lady she most definitely was. I have many fond memories of her and am saddened by the news of her passing. May she rest in peace and may time and your memories heal the pain of this tremendous loss. She will be missed. Much love to you and your family. Lynda
