Born in Naican, Saskatchewan on March 18, 1930. Passed to higher service in Victoria, on April 30, 2013. Predeceased by her husband, Frank Bower. She is survived by her brother, Joseph Kohlen and sister, Genevieve Hogman, as well as numerous nieces, nephews and her best friend Meryl Storey.
A Graveside Service will be held at Royal Oak Burial Park, 4673 Falaise Drive, on Wednesday, May 8th at 11:00 am, the Reverend Father Jim Bekkema officiating.
