Born March 24, 1939 in Halifax, Nova Scotia and lived on McNab Island near Halifax where the family would row.

Tom had 5 sisters and 2 brothers.  My most prized gift to share my life with Thomas Archibald who has gone ahead and waits to welcome me to our Heavenly home.

Tom was a life-long commercial crab fisherman from 1970 to 2010.  I will dearly miss him and cherish every memory.  I will miss the “I love you”, spoken every day.  I will miss his physical presence but will feel his love reaching out to me from his heavenly home.  God is good and I am so thankful Tom is with him.  I will join him in God’s perfect timing.  I am thankful for the care and love showered upon me by Louise, her children and my treasured church family at the Salvation Army Connection Point Church and Resource Centre and the Colwood Pentecostal Church prayer team.  I thank my heavenly father for team holding me close and providing me more support than I could ever imagine.

Thank you, Louise, for your love, your presence, your strength and the love you provided me while you were also grieving deeply.  I know your Daddy sees you and is so very proud of you.  Louise and I will treasure our memories as will our grandchildren, Tia-Rose, Char, Zeke and Ryan.  I love you all.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00 pm on Sunday, May 4, 2025 at Salvation Army Church, 737 Goldstream Avenue, #103, Langford, BC.
