Tin Cheung Chan, born on May 22, 1950 in Canton, China, passed away peacefully in Victoria, BC on June 18, 2019 at the age of 69 years. He leaves his loving wife, Yim-Chu Lau; his family and friends.
A private family service and cremation will be held.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Tin may be made to a charity of your choice.
