Tony was born in Vietnam on January 1, 1975 and passed away suddenly and unexpectedly at home in Victoria, BC on August 26, 2021.
He will be greatly missed by his sister Hannah and brother–in-law Phong and their children Chayse and Kyana of Victoria. Tony will also be remembered by two older sisters, three nephews and two nieces back in Vietnam. He also held a special place in his heart for Claudia and the numerous friends and acquaintances who were fortunate enough to have crossed paths with him. Tony will truly be missed by everyone and his spirit will live on within us.
Tony was predeceased by his mother Huong (1988), his father Luu (2015), his little brother Lam (2008) and his beloved dog Wally.
He lived life simply and enjoyed every part of it to the fullest. Tony leaves as his legacy his huge kind, caring heart. Everyone who was lucky enough to have been impacted by him knows he would go out of his way to lend a helping hand or do anything for those around him.
When he was not working, you could always find him outdoors, or on his boat in the water fishing.
Visitation for Tony will be held in the Sequoia Centre at McCall Gardens, 4665 Falaise Drive, on Friday, September 3, 2021 from 1:00 to 3:00 pm. Those wishing may make donations in his memory to a meaningful organization like Our Place.
