TROUTMAN, Vera (McGovern) died on September 11, 2011. Born of Aleksandra Halstein and Thomas McGovern in Michele, BC. Predeceased by her brother, Herbert; sisters, Lillian (Forsythe) and Janet (Matt). She leaves behind daughters, Wendy Lynn (Hall) and Kristine Mary (Bolton); granddaughter, Sarah Danielle Aleksandra; nephews, Joseph (Sherry) and Bert (Elfie) and beloved niece, Sandra plus grandnieces and grandnephews. Many thanks to Frances Naish, best friends Anne and Babs. Thanks also to Grant, Vernon and Vicki.
Vera was a St. Eugene graduate, and worked as a Registered Nurse in Creston, Toronto, Port Alberni and Victoria. Vera loved summers in Sylvan Lake on the Halstein farm. She will join her parents and sisters in the Michele Creek Cemetery.

Robert Troutman My feelings are with you today. Vera was a strong and just woman. I can remember visits from years ago with fondness, and I often have recalled them with pleasantness. She will remain with you all your lives too.
