Dave and Carol Mason We were saddened to read that Verna has passed away. She was our childrens’ babysitter when we lived next door at 2045 Haidey Terr. She was a delight – full of enthusiasm for her “job”; reliable and thoughtful. We felt so fortunate to know her; confident in her abilities. Our sincere condolences Don & Peter. Also on the loss of Bon that we did not know about. Dave, Carol, Dianne & Jeff Mason

Betty (MacDonald)) Petchnick May God be your comfort and strength through this time of loss.
I had the privilege of babysitting Verna when you lived on the corner of 9th Avenue and Douglas Street in Kamloops. At that time, she was challenging you: her independence versus potty training. She was pretty determined!
With heartfelt condolences,
Betty (MacDonald…sister of Neil and Ruth) Petchnick
Worked with Bonalin at Saanich Peninsula Hospital; she was so devoted to her family. Just learning of her passing, nine years later. My deepest condolences to spouse and family on the loss of both members.
