Veronica Joan Semeniuk

February 15, 1929 - November 21, 2015

February 15, 1929 - November 21, 2015

Veronica (Ronnie), a wonderful mother, sister, grandmother and great grandmother, left us suddenly with her family at her side.  She was predeceased by her loving husband John in 2008, and daughter Cathy in 2007.

She is survived by her six children, Susan (Ken), Tim, Barb, Chris, Heather and Debbie (Harry); 11 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.

Ronnie will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

She retired in 1994 after a successful time with DND. She volunteered with the Sendial program helping others with their grocery shopping. She loved gardening and travelling with John, and later, travelling, camping and fishing with the family.

The family wishes to thank Royal Jubilee Hospital, the Palliative Care nurses for their quick response and kindness; as well, a special thank you to Dr. Derek Carroll.

A Memorial Service will be held at McCall Bros. Floral Chapel, Johnson and Vancouver Streets on Saturday, November 28 at 10:00 am with reception to follow.  Condolences may be offered to the family below.
