Passed away peacefully on Saturday, September 10, 2011 at the age of 69. Born in Vila Franca do Campo, Sao Miguel, Acores, Portugal. He is predeceased by his wife, Maria Isabel; brother, Joao and sister, Germana. He is lovingly remembered by his sons, Vivaldo (Mishealle), Tony (Welma), Rick (Krista); daughter, Christina (Mario); ten grandchildren, Adrianna (Simon), Dominique, Vivaldo, Mateo, Philip, Claudia, Olivia, Julianna, Sofia and Elisabelle and his brother, Milton.

Prayers will be offered from Our Lady of Fatima Church, 4635 Elk Lake Drive in Saanich, BC on Wednesday, September 14, 2011 at 7:00 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated from Our Lady of Fatima Church on Thursday, September 15th at 10:00 am with the Reverend Father Manuel Cardoso officiating. Interment to follow at Royal Oak Burial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Victoria Hospice. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.mccallbros.com.
