Neil & Anna Stewart Sad is Bill’s passing. Anna and I recall often our meeting at Buchard Gardens last April. Bill enjoyed people and that showed in spades during the 2000 homecoming of his home town, Roblin, Manitoba. Bill was so eager to meet every friend and aquaintance he barely slept. But that was Bill. Personal relationships were his gold. We hope those relationships give Arlene and family comfort and support.

A life well-lived is a precious gift
We are not there with you today but we are thinking of Bill and you land the life you shared together. Ken has shared many good times with Bill especially there love of high school football (Bill could kick a ball 80 yards), curling (we didn’t win a lot of games in the men’s bonspiel but we sure had a lot of laughs), waterskiing (We thought he was going to swallow Singush Lake) and slow-pitch. Bill was always good for a political opinion. Bill Angus and Ken still laugh about the party @ Bill A. were Bill and Ed Pearton showed up with their one liners. He had such a good sense of humor. Ken and I will both miss Bill a great deal but we are very grateful that he brought you,Arlene, into our lives. May you find strength in the wonderful memories that you have of times shared. Thinking of you. Ken and Wendy Jakeman
