On a beautiful fall day, just days after the end of the Ryder’s Cup, this passionate golfer passed away at home surrounded by his family and best friend.

Bill is survived by his children, Bethany and Craig, Justin and Gorana, and Jeremy (Sydney), and his four beloved grandchildren, Jonah, Shelby, Taya and Max. He is also survived by his sisters and brothers-in-law; Judy Hand, Jackie and Kerry McPherson, Leslie and Richard Loewen, and Bill and Gabi Harper, and all his wonderful nieces and nephews.

Bill was predeceased by his wife, the love of his life, Noni, his mother Mattie Wilson, his mother and father-in-law Claudia and Bill Harper, and brothers-in-law Ken Hand and Craig Smith.

This tall, dark and handsome fella will be greatly missed and forever loved. Bill’s incredible generosity, feisty spirit, unique sense of humour, and unabashed love for his family will always be remembered.

Bill’s Celebration of Life will take place at the Olympic View Golf Course on Sunday, November 18th, 2018 at 2:00 pm.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Sooke Minor Fastball Association.
