May all the happy memories ease the pain of losing a wonderful lady. Ron has fond memories of Bill coaching him many years at ball. He still thinks of Robb often and what good times that ball team had. Many good times at ball tournaments and dances with them both. Take care Ron and Denise Dergousoff Fruitvale BC

    Eileen (Dyne), Matthew and family,
So sad to hear of Zena’s passing and equally sad to learn Adam has passed on.
Zena was such a lovely person. She held a special place in our hearts. Zena loved her grandsons Adam and Matthew so much and we can still hear her talking about them with such love and pride. After reading Adam’s obituary, and all of tributes, it was clear Zena had been blessed by her special grandsons.
Sorry for the loss of your loved ones. Dino and Colleen DeRosa

Eileen I was so sorry to hear of Zena passing she was a wonderful woman. No matter how long a mother lives there is no replacing that special love and friendship. I loved it when she popped into the bank in oak bay with her lovely smile to say hello and see how things were . She truly reminded me of my mom and would make my day . I know your journey has not been easy lately but I hope you know you are in my thoughts.

Zena was the heart of our housing co-op. Zena served many terms as a board member and still maintained her great sense of humour.
I’ll always remember Zena most of all as a good friend and neighbour.

    Zena was an inspiration .
Her kindness and affection for her family and friends will be greatly missed.
I feel very fortunate to have been included in her wide circle of friends. A sparkle in her eye, she was always quick with a quip and happy to give you a hug.
Rest in peace, Zena, you are surrounded with love.
