  1. We were shocked to hear of your passing. We enjoyed knowing you and loving you for your advice and opinions. We loved your candid view of the world. You were a vibrant person. Our condolences to Ed and all the family.

  2. Ed, Ned, Ken and Andrew: Our hearts go out to you to lose such a beautiful woman – inside and out. I’ll always remember the night she crossed the street to look after Jay and Kyle while we ran to the hospital to give birth to Chelsie. She was just that type of person that was always willing to help. Her sense of humour was something we loved. She had that dry sarcasm that could lighten things up. Charlie and I will see you at the funeral and we are here if you need any support or help with anything.

  3. My sincere condolences to the Beatty family.

  4. Anne was a true dearheart…kind through and through. She was so kind to me many years ago when we moved to Victoria and I joined the Victoria Service League. She truly was one of the people in our world who left leaving the world a better place. She will be missed by so many, and in so many different ways. To her dear family our deepest sympathy.

  5. So very sad with the loss of Anne, and even sadder that Chris and I cannot be at her service. She was an amazing friend and we spent many happy times together at Jazzercise, Junior League,Bridge and Ballet performances. Together we visited Seattle, Vegas, Yellowpoint, and an Alaskan cruise. Anne was loving, kind, elegant ,and smart in every way. She will be missed and remembered always. Sincere condolences to Ed, and all the Beatty family

  6. Anne was one of the most elegant, talented, energetic and dignified women I’ve ever known. In my mind, I can still see her standing at the lectern of Holy Cross Church, giving regular updates of parish affairs in her role as Chair of Parish Council. How we will miss that deep mezzo voice! I remember the dinner party she threw for all her women friends to celebrate her 65th birthday – and all the well-deserved tributes she received on that occasion. My sincere condolences to Ed and all the family.

  7. Anne – A lovely , kind, nice, lady. She has left a little space in life that no one can fill.

  8. You were a great woman. Raised three great kids. Lived a full life with Ed and gave so much to your kids, grandkids, friends and community. No doubt you left an impact on this world. I am so lucky to count you as a friend. Rest in Peace. ♡

  9. Condolences to the Beatty Family.

  10. Ed, Ned, Kenneth, Andrew, and family. I am so sorry to hear of Anne’s death. Although I haven’t seen her in a few years, when I reflect back on my memories of my parents Anne is often there. She was such a long time friend of my mom’s and became a part of my life as well. She always made me laugh and I looked forward to seeing her when I knew she would be visiting my mom. She sent me a cat card for my birthday for so many years…she had such a big heart. The grief is overwhelming at times but beautiful memories lay beyond that bring us comfort and joy that never fades. Hugs and love to all of you.

I would love to be at Anne’s service but Maddie, Chelsea, and I are away leaving July 3. I will be there in spirit.
