I’m very sorry to learn of Bob’s passing. He was such a lovely, kind and devoted husband. I always admired Bob’s devotion to Helen as he would drive Helen all the way from Central Saanich to Oak Bay for her early Sat morning salon appts, when she was unable to drive in recent years. What a gentleman, and he always had the kindest smile.
Jen, Catherine, and Sheila, the loss of a parent leaves a void in your heart, but you have a lifetime of wonderful memories of what he meant to you all to comfort you.
My sincerest condolences ❤️
We were deeply saddened to hear of Dr. Bob Das’s passing.
Bob and his family were such a special part of our lives growing up. We have so many wonderful memories of the almost weekly dinner gatherings, the laughter that filled the room, and the genuine friendship our parents shared. I fondly remember the summer barbecues and the beautifully decorated cakes that Helen would make, each one created with so much care and love.
Bob was a truly kind and sincere man, with a wonderful sense of humor and a personality that brought joy to everyone around him. He was always smiling, always entertaining, and always made people feel welcome.
The Das family gave us so many beautiful memories that we will always cherish. Bob’s legacy lives on in those moments of friendship, laughter, and love that he shared so generously with others.
Our heartfelt condolences to Helen and the entire family. Bob will be remembered with great affection and gratitude.
