So sorry to hear of Jean’s passing. We treasure the memories of the good times we had together in Langley and Victoria. She was a good friend and will be missed.

Memories of your visit to us and of course us to you on the Island ,perhaps 15 years ago, come flooding back.
Been a poor correspondent over the years but neither of you out of my mind.
Lovely to read of the warmth felt for Jean by others
sending their condolences.
My Jan has Alzeimers and I hope I can continue to give her the care that you clearly gave to Jean.

So sorry to hear about Jean’s passing John. Sue has just passed on the news to me. My sincere condolences to you and your family. So pleased that I got to see you and Jean back in 2019 when I stopped over for a few days. Very special time.
Very best wishes.

Our sincere condolences John, and to all of your family. We have many happy memories of our social get togethers with the Ramblers at Arbutus Ridge. Even when Jean was confined to a wheelchair she always had a smile when our paths crossed on our summer evening walks around the Ridge. A very brave lady. It was a privilege to have known her.
My heartfelt condolences to you, John and to your family. We enjoyed having you and Jean as fun and good neighbours. I especially look back on our cat-sitting exchanges with fond memories.
