To the Alexander family. Your dad was a great person. As a classmate at PW highschool , as his girlfriend, I came to know the family. They loved life and the boys were always up to mischief.
I am sorry for your loss. You will always have wonderful memories, I am sure. You shared the gift of his life with him.
God Bless.
Elizabeth.
Trev is very fondly remembered by his classmates of UBC Law (1967), as an enterprising and fun-loving friend to all. Each year, at the start of term, Trev published the “cans” [prepared lecture notes from a previous year] that helped us all the way through law school, and enabled some of us to confidently skip classes. Trev was a loving son to his parents, brother to Kenny, and family man. At the law school Trev used to say “living well is the best revenge.” I am delighted to read the comments (above) that he lived out his philosophy of life to the end with flair.
I am so sorry to hear of your loss. I have no memroies of Reg that do not involve laughter. He will be dearly missed.
With much love,
Jenn Nicolson
Dear Mrs. Alexander, Lisa and Scott,
I am so sorry about the passing of Mr. Alexander. I must say I remember him fondly when I lived with you all for the summer. He was a strong, very intelligent man with a wonderful sense of humor. He was always so delighted to have his family by his side.
God bless you all in your time of mourning. Renee
Scott and Lisa:
I’m so sorry to hear of “Reg”‘s passing. While I didn’t know him well, he always made me laugh (or cringe) and I know how much he meant to you both. Your love and admiration for him was always evident as you talked of him, and prioritized your time with him.
Prayers with your whole family.
Trevor and I were in first grade to twelfth together. During the past several years we lost touch. However, reading friends’ and family members’ comments on this site have given me such a good profile of Trevor as a grown up. How lovely to read about who he had become – I remember a freckle faced, quiet boy with a beautiful smile. My thoughts are with you at this difficult time. Regards, Nora Bingham Daniels.
I am so sorry to hear of Trevor’s death. He was a class mate from Elementary School at Prince of Wales through to Grade 12. He will be dearly missed. My thoughts are with the family. Please know that he is in a good place and no longer in any pain. You will miss him but time does heal. You never forget the life that you had with him.
I am so very sorry that you have lost a very loved husband, father, and grandfather but he has left an amazing legacy behind in the way of his children and grandchildren. Best wishes for this very tough time.
I was sorry to hear of Trevor’s passing, and will always remember his kindness to my parents.
Dear Alexander family, we express our deepest sympathies to you all. Though we did not know your dad, Lisa and Scott, we are sure he was an amazing man for him and your mother to raise such wonderful people as yourselves. Thoughts and prayers to you all.
