It’s a testament to his character that I still remember Mr. Burrows from when he managed our ball team in 1968 and 1969. Only 2 short summers, yet I still feel the positive influence that he provided more than 40 years ago.
My sincere condolences to the family.

Dear Mary and family,
You have been in my thoughts. I have fond memoiries of Bob and the many happy times our families shared as I was growing up. I remember Bob as always kind, caring and jovial. It is always hard to say good-bye to one you love. I know you will find comfort in your happy memories.
Sincerely, Corol [Smith] Pallan

My condolences to the Burrows family. I remember Bob Sr. as the kindest of men. He was a great role model for his family, as well as, for those of us that were lucky enough to have known him along the way.

Dear Bob and Family
Sad to hear of your Dad’s passing. Mom died last night and that is why I saw the Obit. Hope you are otherwise well. Hugs, from your fellow athlete, Mary (Coutts) Bendsen
Dearest Mary and family I am so sorry to hear of your loss, it is so sad for you all. I did not know Bob that well only the wonderfull stories you would tell us at work. My thoughts are with you all in this time of sadness, take care . Love Gloria Ekstrom(OEI)
Mary & Bob attended Mom and Dad’s services in 2008 and 2003. That particular generation had a lot in common – service to their country, marrying warbrides and “family”. It is obvious that Bob was a terrific and dedicated family man throughout his many amazing years. Take strength with your loved ones now and know that his dear memory will be held in your hearts forever.
Sincerely, Jill Connell
Dear Mary and family please accept our deepest condolences. Bob was my daughter’s father-in-law. We have known each other for many years. We share your sorrow in the loss of a very dear friend, husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather.
