Roy Francis Ferguson

January 5, 1962 – November 22, 2012

Roy passed away suddenly in Victoria at his residence at the age of 50. He is survived by his mother, Freda; his sister, Maureen (Jim) Lambier; nieces, Danielle and Justine; nephew, Joshua; all of Dundas, Ontario. He is also survived by his loving dog, Teiko and his roommate, Huddy Huddy of Victoria. He will be greatly missed by all his family and friends.

Roy was raised in Penetanguishene, Ontario and moved to Victoria in the early 1990’s. He loved working with boats and spending time on the water with friends. He loved all animals and volunteered regularly at the SPCA. Roy was a private person, but those who were a part of his life were truly blessed to have known him.

A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, December 1, 2012 at McCall Bros. Floral Chapel, Johnson and Vancouver Streets with a reception to follow at Roy’s home. Donations to the SPCA kindly appreciated. Condolences may be offered to the family below.

  2. I am deeply sorry for your family’s loss. Roy was a great man and had a very outgoing laugh. I never met him personally but have talked on the phone with him for about 15 years. It is a big loss to those that have known him.
