I just can’t tell you how sad I was to get this news today. I can’t imagine how difficult things are for you right now. Although I never met Sam after reading all these messages I’m getting a good idea of what a well loved and high quality young guy he was.

Dear Harry, Jan, and Wes,
Words cannot describe my shock and sadness upon hearing this news. I offer you my sincerest condolences during this difficult time. Sam, you changed my childhood for the better. Your were a remarkable man, marked with achievements and a real zest for life. So many people looked to you as an inspiration. You will be sorely missed.
Jan, Harry and Wes — I am so terribly sorry for your loss.
I remember the from those early days at Monterey through to adulthood that Sam was a very special person. His natural intelligence was enviable, his kindness to those around him admirable, and his enjoyment and positive attitude was absolutely infectious. These things are not and will not be forgotten, Sam has simply had such a positive impact on so many people.
My thoughts are with you and everyone at this very tough time.

We wanted to share our condolences with Sam’s family. It is never easy to have to say goodbye to a loved one. The pain of loss can be unbearable. Our Creator promises us that one day this pain will be just a memory. That beautiful promise can be found at Revelation 21:3,4. Our pain and suffering will be a thing of the past, and we can cry tears of joy as we welcome back the ones that we love so much. We hope you find comfort in those promises.
Dear Harry, Jan and Wes,

I am so, so sorry for your loss and can’t imagine how tough this is to bear. I truly hope you can find some comfort in the love and support being offered to you right now.
