  1. My condolences to the family. Terry certainly was a great guy and a pleasure to meet. Always had a great story to tell.

  2. My friend Janice Hunt and I knew Terry way back in the 1960’s when we girls were 17 and Terry a couple of years older was always so kind and a gentleman, giving us rides home from parties and enjoying long chats and laughs. I remember him so well from those old dancing and fun days of our youth. Lost touch through the years and happened to google and learn of his passing. His sweetness remains in my mind from more than 45 years ago.

  6. Captain (Uncle) George Quocksister & Candy-Lea Chickite says:

Justin, Tim, Lisa & Tanis (and yes, Susan too…) You will never know the hours your Dad and his Uncle George spent on the phone laughing and talking crazy. He was an incredibly “larger than life” personality, and one who we will truly, truly miss.

We have a couple of sayings that stem from him, the most notable was his way of saying, “You ‘gotta imprah-viise…” It can’t be printed the way his voice inflected it, and we always preface it by saying, “As my Nephew Terry would say….”

Anyway, he was a charm ! As others have already said, he really loved you all so much – and he would always update us on how everyone was doing. Take comfort knowing he’s probably trying to make the deal of the next lifetime as I write.

    See you on the 26th!
    Love,
    Uncle George & Candy-Lea
