Wade was without doubt one of our stars on the Thursday night hockey team that I had the privilege of playing with for the last three years. The way he played hockey I’m sure mirrored his life. Gave it all but was fare. His humor in the dressing room and banter on the ice will be missed. He was a true Gentleman. My sincere condolences on your loss.
Wade worked for me for a brief period when I was partners in a company called VGI here in Victoria. He was a good programmer for us and always had a smile. I also had the opportunity to play hockey with him regularly on Thursday nights where we were often line mates. He was a solid hockey player and the Thursday night crew will certainly miss him. My sincere condolences on your loss.
Joyce, Ken and Holly….
I was very surprised and saddened to read about Wade’s sudden passing. in today’s paper. It’s been a lot of years since I have seen Wade and from his picture in the paper it looks like he has grown up to be a fine young man. I’m sure you were very proud of him.
It has been many, many years, but as children I remember both Wade and Holly playing with my two children during the many times we had gotten together.
My thoughts and prayers are with you at this very difficult time.
Sincerely……Joan
Though I didn’t know Wade well, I did go to high school with him and remember him a kind, soft spoken young man. My condolences to his family at this difficult time.

I will always cherish, beautiful, happy memories during the good times we had at Rush Bay and also our family gatherings. Wade will always have a special place in my heart. My heart goes out to you during this difficult time of sorrow.

The news of Wade’s passing here in his hometown of Winnipeg has come as a great shock to a lot of his old friends. I consider myself extremely fortunately to have known Wade through the later years of Elementary School, through-out High School, and during our University days & the various outlandish road trips. Wade was a great athlete and we ended up playing on the same sporting teams: basketball, community baseball — and lets not forget all those late night ball hockey pick up games. And he was also a superb pool player — always kicking my butt.
To Ken, Joyce, & Holly: I can’t begin to imagine the void that has been left behind; however, be reassured that the many memories that Wade has left within all of us will last an eternity.
My only regrets is that we couldn’t keep in closer contact after the move out West, but I’m so grateful to have been able to call Wade my friend. Please accept my sincerest condolences through this difficult time.
Heaven just gained one of the nicest people ever!
Joyce, Ken and Holly;
Please accept my heartfelt sympathy on the loss of your son and brother. My association with Wade was limited to a few outings at Arrowsmith G&C Club over the past couple of years but it was evident that he was a fine genuine young man. I remember him as being so articulate and very comfortable to be around. I enjoyed playing golf with him and the conversations. May your memories and love help carry you through this difficult time.
Uncle Ken, Auntie Joyce, Holly and Scott.
When we heard the news of Wade’s passing utter shock shot through us all, We thought of all the great family fishing trips, and the trumendous laughter we all had on the big Whitshell lake. Wade was a special young man, and he was always a delight to be around, We are all lucky to have shared in his life, as he brought a ray of sunshine to ours. Stand tall with your everlasting love for Wade, and the love of family.
You are in our thoughts, and hearts at this very trying time.

Wade…So long my friend…wish we could’ve connected more after you left for Victoria. You lived a short but a great life, full of great friends and a loving family. Lots of great memories and good times you, myself, and the numerous friends here in Winnipeg experienced…I wouldn’t trade them in for anything!
To Mr. and Mrs. Anderson, Holly, and the rest of Wade’s family, I’m so sorry for the void that has been left behind. But please know that even though he’s not there in person, he’s always there in your heart.
My deepest condolences,
Jeff Baquiran
